Payment Methods
Conference registration system accepts credit card payments.
We are working on other payment methods such as wire transfers and institutional purchase orders, however these are not confirmed at this time.
Cancellation Policy
- Full refund: Until June 1, 2025
- 50% refund: June 2 - July 15, 2025
- No refund: After July 15, 2025

Reduced fee / fee waiver
Fill out this form to apply for a reduced fee or fee waiver. Note that if you’re looking for financial support also for travel and lodging, you should apply for an opportunity scholarship below. Application deadline is Friday, April 18, at midnight anywhere on Earth. Decisions on reduced fee and fee waiver requests will be communicated before April 30 (when early-bird registration ends).
Opportunity scholarship

Virtual conference
The virtual event is free, there is no cost to participate.
